Refund policy

Return Period

Customers have a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a return, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

All returns and exchanges are fully covered by TRINITAS LIMITED COMPANY, with no additional cost to the customer.


Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be strictly met:

  • the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received;

  • the original packaging must be intact and included;

  • the product must be unused, unopened and sealed;

  • proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior approval or failing to meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Return Procedure

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  2. follow the detailed instructions sent by our team.


Exchanges

Exchanges are offered free of charge.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer may request an exchange by contacting us at

specifying the order number and the replacement item requested.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged or does not match the order, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue promptly.


Partial Returns

Partial returns are permitted for orders containing multiple items, provided that the returned items meet all eligibility requirements stated above.


Refunds

If a refund is requested instead of an exchange, the item must be physically returned.

The product must be:

  • unopened,

  • unused,

  • sealed,

  • in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are fully covered.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

If the refund has not been received after 7 business days, please contact our customer support team.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. check your bank account or payment method statement;

  2. contact your bank or card issuer, as additional processing time may apply.
