Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
The average order processing time is approximately 24 hours after payment confirmation.

This timeframe may vary depending on product availability or during peak periods such as sales events or holiday seasons.


Shipping and Delivery Timeframes

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

We make every effort to ensure fast and efficient delivery. However, delays beyond our control may occur due to factors such as weather conditions, high demand periods, or customs inspections for international shipments.


Delivery Areas

Free home delivery is available for the following destinations:

  • Mainland France

  • Belgium

  • Switzerland

  • Luxembourg

  • All European countries


Delivery Methods

All orders are delivered directly to the customer’s address.
Delivery to pickup points or relay locations is not currently offered.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

You can monitor the progress of your delivery at any time through our website in the “Track My Order” section.

Please note: tracking information may not be immediately available. It generally takes 2 to 3 business days for the carrier to update the tracking details.


Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, please:

Incorrect Delivery Address

If an error was made in the delivery address, you must contact us within 3 hours of order confirmation.

After this timeframe, changes cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in preparation or in transit.
